·         International Orders
Customers from outside the UK, please place your order with confidence, and by the following methods:

Credit cards are ONLY accepted through PayPal Secure Payments or Nochex Online Payments.
Customers can also send a Money Order in GB Pounds to the UK by using the INVOICE option at Summary page.
Your Payment Options can be chosen at the Summary stage.

Information will be supplied for items in Customs documents with the specific details.
Postage costs will be combined if ordering more than one item.
A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your order and your item will be shipped within the
shortest possible time.
Items are usually despatched within two working days of receipt of your payment. (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.)
Please use "Order Status" to check progress of your purchase as this will be updated at all stages.

Shipping is by Royal Mail Airmail Signed For:
European destinations £8.00 for small items and for large items up to £12.80.
International destinations £10.00 for small items and for large items up to £16.
Lower priced items p&p is £4.80 to Europe & Rest of World £6 (Usually items £50 & under).
Shipping for Umbrellas £8.00 to Europe & £10.00 to International Destinations.
We reserve the right to make alterations to shipping costs.

·         Customs Information
When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your own responsibility. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict any costs due. Your local customs office should be able to supply further information on import duties.

All customs documents will be filled in and information supplied of product type on Customs forms for international packages.  We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

·         Lost & Missing Deliveries
If an item is lost during transit, we will issue a refund as soon as the insurance claim is received from the shipping company, usually within 4 - 6 weeks. We do not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses.

 ·         Returns / Refunds
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you feel the need to return an item, please notify us by email to discuss the problem before sending it back. Returns are accepted if shipped within 3 days of receipt, after receiving email confirmation. Please return the item in the same packaging and condition. Costs for returning an item must be borne by the purchaser. After we ensure the item is in the same condition as when shipped we will refund by the same payment method. We are not obliged to refund any payment after the 10-day period.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

·         Terms and Notices
This Web Site is offered on condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement with our terms and conditions.

·         Accuracy of Information
We will endeavour to give a full and clear description of each item. Information and prices appearing on the Website are believed to be accurate, but we cannot warrant or guarantee accuracy. All prices are not contractually binding. We will inform you of any discrepancies with a price before you are committed to purchase. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP £). You are responsible for paying the entire amount due on your purchase, including any applicable taxes, shipping and other charges.

·          Nouveau Jewels is internet based, and most tasks can be performed using our website, we encourage customers to use this method.
