Magnificent Golden Vintage Necklace with Huge Pendant Drops 1950s
A magnificent Necklace from the 1950s.
A twisted rope chain with large rings in golden metal and suspended beneath are 5 oversized pendant drops.
Fastens with a clip over clasp.
The ornate pendant drops are slightly curved and each with 3 droplets and very substantial fittings attaching them to the large round links. The pendant drops measure 3" in length without the rings.
The necklace has a good weight, although very comfortable to wear.
Necklace length 16 1/2" (42 cm)
Drops are 3 x 1 1/8" (7.5 cm x 3 cm)
Chain width 1 cm approx.
A beautiful creation from open worked drops, so unusual.
Very attractive and excellent vintage condition.
