Credit cards are accepted through Nochex and PayPal without membership.
PayPal Secure Payments or Nochex Online Payments.

You are also welcome to use the INVOICE option and send a Personal Cheque through the post.

1. Choose Your Item & Add to Basket
When you have chosen your item, please place the order by adding it to the shopping basket
and then click on "Checkout Now".

2. Choose From Previous or New Customer Options
You will then be able to choose from one of the options:
       
        (i)  "Previous Customers: Login" - If you have ordered from us before you may use this.
        (ii)  "New Customer" Form  - New customers can fill in the form and will only take a few seconds.

You will then be asked to confirm your details, when you are happy click "Continue".
If you would like to update your details please click the box beneath with the words:
"If you would like to update your contact details here". 

3. Choose Your Payment Option
You will then see your Summary showing the Total Price, choose your Payment Method by clicking one of the Payment Options below:

         (i)  PayPal - Secure purchases without revealing your Credit Card number or financial information - No membership Required
         (ii)  Nochex  - Secure payment option without sharing Credit or Debit Card details and ideal for sending money - No membership Required

            (iii) Invoice  -  Click to pay by Personal Cheque and details of posting your cheque will be shown on Sales Invoice Page.

General Notes:
Please do not send cash, as we will not be responsible if it does not arrive. 

Payment must be received within 10 days of the sale.

Postage costs will be combined if ordering more than one item.

A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your order and your item will be posted within the
shortest possible time.

Items are usually despatched within two working days of receipt of your payment.
(Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.)

Please use "Order Status" to check progress of your purchase as this will be updated at all stages.

Postage is by Special Delivery for insured items:
Small Items £4.75
Medium Items £6.50
Larger Items £8.00

Postage for lower priced items £3 First Class Post (Usually £50 & under)
Postage for Umbrellas £4.75 First Class Post

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your own responsibility. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict any costs due.
